Payment and Billing Terms

The 25% of the total reservation amount must be paid at the time of booking using the payment methods available to guarantee the reservation. The remaining 75% of the stay must be paid up to 30 days before check-in.

Our administrative services will send to the email indicated by the guest at the time of booking and approximately 45 business days before check-in, a link to pay the remaining 75% of the reservation.

All other additional services requested by the guest must be paid for at check-in if not otherwise arranged with us in advance, regardless of the billing date.

Fees for additional services include, for example, charges relating to car parking and other charges that are not expressly mentioned in the accommodation contract and that form part of the value of the stay.

Our invoices are issued by default as the end consumer. If you would like an invoice with your tax information, please ask us via email at info@valeprado.com, or at check-in. For administrative reasons, the invoice will be sent to the email address in your reservation or another email provided at check-in and sent within 5 to 10 business days after check-out.

All rates include VAT at the current legal rate and are subject to limited availability.
