Rules for confirming the reservation
Reservations must be guaranteed with payment via credit card, bank transfer or ATM reference. If you choose the bank transfer method for payment, the reservation is only considered confirmed if proof of bank transfer is immediately sent to info@valeprado.com. Otherwise, Vale Prado Villas & Bungalows may cancel the reservation without any prior notice. Vale Prado Villas & Bungalows reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards or wait for payment to be made to guarantee a reservation. The reservation made by the Customer is considered final after confirmation by Vale Prado Villas & Bungalows, within 48 hours. When making the reservation, 25% of the total reservation value will be charged and the remaining 75% of the total reservation value must be paid up to 30 days before check-in.

Our administrative services will send to the email indicated by the guest at the time of booking and approximately 45 business days before check-in, a link to pay the remaining 75% of the reservation. If the remaining 75% of the reservation is not paid up to 30 days before check-in, the reservation in question will be canceled immediately and without the right to any refund.
