Our cancellation policy is “Non-Refundable”. If you choose to cancel your reservation you will NOT be entitled to any refund.
If you have only paid the 25% to confirm your reservation and are within a period of up to 30 days before the check-in date, you can request and possibly be accepted and issued a credit to reschedule your stay depending on the availability of the accommodation. The new reservation must have a value equal to or greater than the amount previously paid. If the new reservation is of a lower value, the excess value will not be refunded and if it is a higher value, the customer will have to pay the remaining amount. This credit can only be used for a single stay and between the months of October and April and will not be accepted for reservations between May and September. It also cannot be used during the December holidays and Easter period.
If you choose to cancel your reservation within 30 days prior to the check-in date, any amount already paid for the reservation is non-refundable.
